All components included in the Reflexions website are the property of the University,which is also holder of the copyright, related rights and legal protection of databases, as assignee or producer (of audiovisual works, audio works and databases).

"Components included in the Reflexions website" means notably photographs, articles and other written works, drawings, logos, sound tracks, films and animations, layout, glossary, etc.

The user may not copy, communicate or modify, to a commercial end, one or more components of the website by any means and in any form without prior written authorization from the University, to the exception of reproductions aiming at illustration for teaching or scientific research and other legal exceptions defined in the Belgian Law (Loi du 30 juin 1994 relative au droit d'auteur et aux droits voisins. However within the framework of these exceptions, the users must mention the source of the reproduced components (website "http://reflexions.ulg.ac.be", "ULg", the author's name if it is mentioned on the website, the title of the component reproduced) and must respect the moral rights of the author, or the authors concerned.

Photographs of the website's interface (menu and left frame) may not be copied, communicated, modified by any means and in any form, due to reserves made by third party, copyrights holders on these photographs.
